I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at info@localcoast.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We want you to love your Local Coast gear. If for some reason you need to return an item, we will happily accept the return given that the item is in its original condition with the original tag attached. 

FREE RETURN SHIPPING: Return shipping is free for full priced merchandise. When requesting a refund for exchanges, refunds, and returns for store credit on full price merchandise please reach out to us at info@localcoast.com for next steps. 

Return shipping for items on sale will be at the customers expense.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Recommended Care Instructions:

Machine wash with like colors, do not bleach, do not iron, and lay flat dry. May tumble dry on low but it's best to lay flat dry.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order without penalty prior to shipping! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@localcoast.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary and cannot be guaranteed. Items are typically shipped within 5-7 days of purchase but shipping times can vary.

Local delivery will be completed within 5-7 business days of purchase.
